This Northern California wedding photographer loves to travel! And an Ozarks wedding? Count me in! Brandy + Michael are the epitome of proof that your soulmate comes when you least expect it.

When Brandy inquired about her Ozarks Micro Wedding at White Whole Resort in Flippin, Arkansas, I was SO excited and so was she. I immediately needed to know her + M’s love story.

After talking about their priorities and wanting to make sure that, overall, their wedding photos felt documentary style, I set my travel plans ablaze! I was so ready to deliver story telling photos that documented their wedding day, but I was definitely ready for that cookout at their wedding rehearsal.

M + B said “I do” in a casual ceremony where their closest friends and family attended alongside the Bull Shoals river. Wearing waders and standing in a beautiful river while bald eagles fly overhead? Yes please!

Later that day, we returned to their cabin in the woods at Lodge Between the Lakes in Mountain Home, AR for fun, laughter and happily ever after. And to greet them?
